Digital Classes now available!

Digital Classes are delivered to you via email at 2 pm PST the day of class with links to the   prerecorded video(s), the class recipe packet and information of equipment needed. We are also available 7 days a week to answer your questions via email and phone (please leave us a message if you happen to get our voicemail) so we can BEST assist you! This format allows you to view, pause and replay any portion of class and learn at your own pace!

Two pricing levels:

$25 all class material and support with NO meal kit included (ingredients for class in description section of registration page) Sales of registrations with NO meal kit are open until 1:30 pm PST on the day of class.

$45 all class material and support WITH a meal kit with all class ingredients ready for pick up at our location the ‘day of class’ from 2-6pm   Sales of registrations WITH meal kits close 72 hours prior to the start of class for ordering purposes.

DIGITAL COOKING CLASS: Korean Cuisine

Korean Cuisine Class has been a growing hit and one where you learn how to make Beef Bulgogi in lettuce wraps with all the fixings,Tteobokki (Spicy Rice Cakes in Sauce) and Napa Cabbage Kimchi. No meal kit registrations will need: Bulgogi: 2 dried shiitake mushrooms, hydrated in water for about 20 minutes, then drain. ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup soju 2 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. sugar ½  Asian pear, peeled and coarsely chopped ¼  small yellow onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves 2 pinches ground black pepper 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil 2 tsp. roasted sesame seeds ¾  pounds rib-eye steak sliced very thin 1 head leaf lettuce 1 bunch sesame leaves 2-3 stalks green onions 1 bunch perilla leaves Sauce for Lettuce Wraps: Salt to taste Pinch of sugar 1 Tbs. rice vinegar 1 Tbsp. gochujang (korean pepper paste) 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil Tteobokki (Spicy Rice Cakes in Sauce) ½  pound of cylinder shaped rice cake, bought 3 cups of water 5-6  dried anchovies, with heads and intestines removed 3 ea, 4 inch pieces dried kelp (Dasima, kombu) ? cup hot pepper paste (Gochujang) 1 Tbsp Korean hot pepper flakes, Gochugaru 2 tsp. sugar 2 green onions, cut into 3 inch long pieces ½-¾ cup  fish cakes (optional) Kimchi: ½  large head napa cabbage,  1 carrot 2 stalks green onion,  ½ cup kosher salt  4 cups water  1, 4 inch piece of dried kelp (Kombu)...this is optional, but tasty! ½ cup water  1 Tbsp. glutinous rice flour (also called sticky rice flour) ¼ cup Korean chili powder (gochugaru...no substitutions!) 1 ½ Tbsp. fish sauce 1 tsp. sesame seeds 5-6 cloves garlic  3-4 inch piece of fresh ginger Equipment needed: cutting board, chef's knife, spatula, large spoon, whisk, large bowl, small sauce pot, food processor or blender, zip-lock bag, 2 saute pans, 2 quart jars with lids, 2 small bowls

DIGITAL COOKING CLASS: Duck Divine!

NO KIT registrations open until 1:30pm PST on day of class. We will be deboning a duck, rendering the fat, curing the legs and making confit, and learning how to cook the breast properly, make stock, along with making side dishes to go along with your delicious duck dishes. DIGITAL COOKING CLASS: Pasta From Scratch

NO KIT registrations open until 1:30pm PST on day of class. Pasta From Scratch! Fresh pasta is like a blank canvas. You are only limited by your imagination, but first you have to have the canvas. Learn how to make the dough, beautiful sheets of pasta, as well as Gnocchi and Ravioli! Once you learn how the texture of the dough looks and feels like, you will be able to whip up your own fresh pasta at home.There is not a full meal created in this class, but get creative with your sauces and toppings once you cook the delicious product off, and you'll have a hearty lunch or dinner in no time!- No pasta machine? No Problem! Our instructors show you how to roll the Italian pasta by hand! Ingredients for NO kit registrations: Italian Pasta, Gnocchi, Basic Ricotta Ravioli   Italian Pasta Dough: yield: 4 servings 2 cups AP flour 3 pinches salt 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 egg water as needed   Gnocchi: Yield: 3-4 servings 1 # mashed potatoes (feel free to use mashed potatoes already seasoned with butter and cream here, but we start with plain) 1 egg 1/2 # AP flour salt and pepper to taste   Ravioli Filling and extras: 1 cup ricotta cheese (feel free to use any filling similar in texture such as roasted mashed butternut squash) 1 cup semolina for dusting your finished pasta 2 cups AP for dusting flour when making your pasta   Suggested Equipment 2 Medium sized Bowls pot of water to cook potatoes for gnocchi pot of water to cook off finished gnocchi slotted spoon potato masher or fork 1-2 sheet trays Bench Scraper 2 Forks Small container to break your eggs in to Pasta machine or Rolling Pin, Knife, and Cutting Board dusting flour plastic wrap small container to mix and season your ravioli filling wooden spoon weighed down with a couple heavy books hanging off the edge of your counter-to hang noodles semolina flour for dusting (comes with kit) *optional pizza cutter salt and pepper
