Fresh Cheese 101

Fresh cheese is a wonderfully fulfilling skill to learn and our cheese 101 class will walk you through the steps of making your very own fresh cheese using cows milk and yogurt cheese. Learn how to flavor your cheeses with herbs, sundried tomatoes and basil, or citrus to accompany any dish. You'll have a "problem" with cheese too after this class!
