We never get our fill of the tasty Bahn Mi sandwiches from Vietnam! We'll be making those French inspired baguettes from scratch and while they are blossoming in crusty yeasty deliciousness we are going to work on all the fillings, from pickled veggies, jalapenos, asian sausages, bbq pork, mayonaise spreads and pate you'll get to mix and match and make your own bahn mi by the end of class.
